All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, U.S. federal public holidays and logistics downtime. Our brand mainly targets the United States market, all home decor goods are delivered to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. overseas territories. We offer two independent shipping methods for your choice to meet different delivery demands, and all logistics data is synchronized officially via 17TRACK platform.

Standard Shipping (Free Available) Delivery Time: 10 - 18 business days for Continental United States; Extra 2–4 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. remote territories. Applicable to all home decor orders, economical and cost-effective choice for daily shopping. This shipping method adopts official cooperative U.S. mainstream carriers, all logistics trajectories are fully synchronized on 17TRACK.

Priority Shipping (Upgraded Express) Delivery Time: 5 - 7 business days for Continental United States; Extra 1–2 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Service Fee: Extra 16 EUR per order, non-refundable after shipment. Note: This is an expedited shipping service with priority sorting and air dispatch. Orders cannot change shipping method or cancel upgraded fee after payment.

Once your order is shipped, we will send the official tracking number and detailed tracking guide to your registered email address within 12 hours. Delivery Explanation

U.S. Delivery Delay Explanation: Delivery time excludes U.S. customs inspection delay, local postal peak congestion, extreme bad weather, national logistics strikes and remote area transportation delay. We comply with U.S. FTC Mail Order Rule, we will notify customers by email once the delivery delay exceeds 5 working days, and support free order cancellation for full refund.

Delivered But Not Received: If the tracking status shows delivered via 17TRACK but you do not receive the parcel, please check your mailbox, porch, neighbor’s house and building front desk first; then contact local U.S. courier company for confirmation. If still unavailable, send us an email with your order number and tracking number for further assistance.

Customs & Tax Regulation: We do not undertake extra customs duties, sales tax and import taxes generated by United States customs. All destination-related fees shall be borne by buyers, which are charged by U.S. official customs rather than our store.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to U.S. military bases, isolated islands and restricted postal zones. For fragile home decor such as ceramic vases and glass ornaments, we add extra shockproof packaging for free to reduce transit damage.

Lost & Damaged Package Policy: If the parcel is confirmed lost by 17TRACK official logistics record, we support free reshipment or full refund; if goods arrive damaged, please submit unboxing videos and photos within 48 hours after receiving goods to apply for after-sales service.

PO Box Reminder: We support delivery to U.S. PO Boxes, but priority shipping may face delivery suspension for partial PO box addresses, please fill in detailed residential address to ensure smooth delivery.
